Every step we take helps fund vital therapy sessions for those struggling with their mental health. Our hikes are open to everyone, whether you’re climbing your first peak or your fiftieth, because mental health affects us all.Through shared challenges, open conversations, and breathtaking views, we’re building a community that proves it’s okay to talk, to struggle, and to keep climbing.

Take on the longest established and most popular city centre road event in the UK, the “Robin Hood Half Marathon” with Summits Up and help fund urgent therapy for those who need it most – when waiting isn’t an option.
We have 20 charity places available includes free charity shirt to run in, finishers medal, timing chip, water and official results.
100% of Fundraising Goes Directly into Providing Therapy
At Summits Up, 100% of all fundraising goes directly toward providing therapy sessions. Your support ensures that individuals in crisis receive the critical care they need without any overhead costs.
Mental Health Statistic
Did you Know?
Nearly 1 in 5 adults experience mental illness each year, with 50% starting by age 14. Suicide is the second leading cause of death for those aged 15 to 29. Charities like Summits Up connect individuals with therapists within 24-48 hours and provide funding to address urgent challenges, highlighting the importance of timely support.
In 2025, 5,728 suicides were registered, an increase of 11 from 2024. The overall suicide rate was 11.1 per 100,000.
12-18 Months Is the current waiting list on the NHS for counselling or therapy, far too long to wait when crisis strikes.
