How to Get Involved
Up for the Challenge. Down to Talk!
Join a Challenge
Join in one of our BIG CHALLENGES. Whether its running a joint marathon, hiking a summit or going on one of our international adventures, we can do it together.
Fundraise for Us
If you have a personal goal or challenge you want to do, then reach out and we can help you set up a Just Giving page linked directly to the charity to make it extra special.
Spread the Word
Share our stories, tell your friends, tag us in and spread the word as far as possible. Whether its to join us, fundraise for us or to request therapy, just get I touch.
Take on a Challenge
At Summits Up, we believe no one should face a mental health crisis alone. Every pound raised helps us fund life-saving therapy sessions within 24 hours for people in urgent need of support.
Our fundraising comes from community challenges, hiking events, and donations, bringing people together to climb mountains, conquer fears, and talk openly about mental health.
By taking part or donating, you’re not just supporting a cause you’re changing lives. Every step, every summit, and every conversation helps someone access the help they deserve.
Summits Up Ambassadors
Becoming a Summits Up Ambassador
As an ambassador, you can help by:
• Spreading awareness of Summits Up and our mission to fund therapy sessions for those in crisis.
• Encouraging others to join our hikes, challenges, and events.
• Sharing your story to inspire others to open up about mental health.
• Helping raise funds through personal challenges, sponsorships, or local fundraising activities.
Volunteer Your Time
We’re on a mission to spark meaningful conversations, and we need your help! If you’ve got creative challenge ideas, fundraising connections, or want to step up as an ambassador for our cause, let’s chat! The more we collaborate, the more lives we can change. Join us in making a difference, let’s spread the word and create a wave of communication together!
Our Summits Up Ambassadors are the heart of our community, passionate people who believe in the power of the outdoors and the importance of mental health support.
You don’t need to climb mountains every weekend, just a willingness to stand with us, speak up, and make a difference.
