💪 The Challenge
• Exercise for 31 minutes a day for 31 days
• Exercise can be anything: walking, running, gym, yoga, swimming, cycling, stretching, team sports it all counts
• You can vary your activities or do the same thing every day
• Donate £1 per day (or £31 upfront) to support Summits Up
