By registering for any of our events, I confirm that: I am participating voluntarily and understand that hiking and outdoor activities carry inherent risks, including slips, trips, falls, adverse weather, uneven ground, and other environmental hazards. I am responsible for assessing my own fitness and suitability for the event and will ensure I am physically capable of completing the planned route. I will wear appropriate clothing and footwear and bring any personal items needed to keep myself safe and comfortable, including clean shoes/trousers for the indoor cinema portion of the event. I accept responsibility for my own safety during the hike and agree to follow the guidance of the event leads. I understand that Summits Up volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation. I will notify the event organisers of any relevant medical conditions that may affect my participation. I understand that weather or safety considerations may require changes to the planned route, schedule, or event structure at the discretion of the organisers. I consent to photographs and footage being taken during the event and used for Summits Up promotional purposes, unless I notify the team in advance that I do not wish to be included.
