Join us for our September Summits Up community hike! 💚
We’ll be taking on a brilliant circular route from Matlock, climbing up to High Tor with fantastic views across the valley, before heading towards Matlock Bath and the Heights of Abraham.
🥾 Distance: 10.6 km / 6.6 miles
⛰️ Elevation: 536 m
⏱️ Walking time: Approx. 4 hours
💪 Difficulty: Moderate
🔄 Route: Circular
Expect woodland trails, riverside walking, some decent climbs and cracking Derbyshire views! 🌳⛰️
🐟🍟🍦 FISH, CHIPS & ICE CREAM TO FINISH!
After the hike, we’ll head back into Matlock for fish & chips and an ice cream in the park — the perfect way to finish the day and have a catch-up after the walk.
As always, our hikes are about much more than the miles — getting outside, meeting people, having a chat and enjoying the benefits of walking together. 💚
