Join us for one of the Peak District’s most iconic adventures as we take on a stunning circular route through dramatic gritstone edges, ancient woodland, hidden valleys, and the legendary Lud’s Church.
This route combines the incredible views from The Roaches with the mystical moss-covered chasm of Lud’s Church — one of the most unique places in the Peak District. Expect rocky trails, forest paths, panoramic ridgelines, and a brilliant day out with a great group of people.

This hike is best suited to people with a reasonable level of fitness who are comfortable walking for several hours across varied terrain. There are some steeper climbs and uneven rocky sections throughout the day.
