About the Hike
Join us for a challenging circular hike from Edale, taking in some of the best scenery on Kinder Scout.
We’ll climb through Grindsbrook Clough, with steep rocky sections and some hands-on scrambling, before reaching the Kinder plateau. From here we’ll follow the edge past Crowden Tower and Kinder Low, before descending via the famous Jacob’s Ladder and returning to Edale.

Expect steep climbs, rocky paths, uneven terrain, open moorland and some scrambling, so a reasonable level of fitness and confidence on rough ground is required.

What to Bring
Walking boots or trail shoes with good grip, waterproofs, warm layers, plenty of water, packed lunch and snacks.
